ACCEPTABLE USE
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the 91心頭利 Terms of Use (the Terms). The term 91心頭利, we, and us includes 91心頭利, 91心頭利App Inc, our affiliates and subsidiaries. Terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
3.1 Compliance
All Users are expected to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account. If you have agreed to 91心頭利s Terms of Service on behalf of your Organization, then this Acceptable Use Policy will apply to all Users of the 91心頭利 Services under your Account.
3.2 Acceptable Use of the 91心頭利 Services
No Misuse of the 91心頭利 Services. You agree not to misuse the 91心頭利 Services. For example, you may not:
3.2.1. use the 91心頭利 Services for any unlawful purpose or for promotion of illegal activities
3.2.2. impersonate another person through the 91心頭利 Services or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others;
3.2.3. publish or post other peoples private or personally identifiable information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission;
3.2.4. send unsolicited communications, promotions advertisements, or spam;
3.2.5. publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another users browser or computer
3.2.6. access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the 91心頭利 Services, 91心頭利s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of 91心頭利s providers;
3.2.7. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
3.2.8. access or search the 91心頭利 Services by any means other than 91心頭利s publicly supported interfaces (for example, scraping);
3.2.9. forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the 91心頭利 Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
3.2.10. interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the 91心頭利 Services, or by scripting the creation of Project Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the 91心頭利 Services;
3.2.11. promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization;
3.2.12. use, display, mirror, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the 91心頭利 Services, including any 91心頭利 Content available on or through the 91心頭利 Services, or any portion thereof, through any other application or website, unless and solely to the extent 91心頭利 makes available the means for embedding any part of the 91心頭利 Services or 91心頭利 Content;
3.2.13. provide any false personal information to 91心頭利 or any other User, or create a false identify or impersonate another person or entity in any way;
3.2.14. create a new account with 91心頭利, without 91心頭利s express written consent, if 91心頭利 has previously disabled an account of yours;
3.2.15. solicit, or attempt to solicit, personal information from other Users;
3.2.16. unless expressly permitted, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, transmit, stream or broadcast any part of the 91心頭利 Services without 91心頭利s prior written authorization, including, by way of example and not limitation, by doing or engaging in any of the following without 91心頭利s express written consent:
- altering, defacing, mutilating or otherwise bypassing any approved software through which the 91心頭利 Services is made available; and
- using any trademarks, service marks, design marks, logos, photographs or other content belonging to 91心頭利 or obtained from the 91心頭利 Services;
3.2.17. assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.
3.3 Content Standards
In connection with your use of 91心頭利 Content, you shall not:
3.3.1 Make available any Project Content that, in 91心頭利s sole discretion, (i) is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libellous, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (iv) is violent or threatening, or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or (v) promotes illegal or harmful activities;
3.3.2 Harm minors in any way;
3.3.3 Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, 91心頭利 personnel, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
3.3.4 Make available any Project Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non-disclosure agreements);
3.3.5 Make Available any Project Content that infringes the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation, any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary or contractual rights;
3.3.6 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, or any order of a court;
3.3.7 Register for more than one Account or register for an Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself;
3.3.8 Stalk or otherwise harass, bully or intimidate any other user of our 91心頭利 Content; or
3.3.9 Advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing activities in this section.
